Blodco Questpath Terms of Service
Accounts and authority
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Do not impersonate another person, share privileged credentials, bypass approval or restrictions, or use school access outside your assigned role. Minors must use the service with appropriate parent/guardian or school authorization. An account invitation does not by itself establish that authorization.
Acceptable use and content
Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, exploitation, malware, unauthorized access, copyright infringement, or collection or disclosure of others’ confidential information. You retain rights in your own content and grant Blodco permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide the features you request. Share only content you are permitted to share.
AI and third-party services
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Review it before use; do not rely on it as professional advice. Third-party content, maps, APIs, and integrations are subject to their providers’ terms and availability. Access may change when a provider, school, or administrator changes permissions.
Fees and credits
Paid features require the stated purchase terms before payment. Usage credits are not money and do not guarantee an output’s quality. Questpath AI deductions follow recorded model/token/tool usage at configured rates; temporary holds may be used, and actual provider pricing can change. A request for more credits does not authorize a payment. Taxes, purchase pricing, and any applicable refund terms must be disclosed at purchase; statutory consumer rights are preserved.
Availability, restrictions and ending access
We may restrict, suspend, or end access for misuse, security concerns, nonpayment, or school/account administration. Where appropriate, contact us to request review. Services can change or be interrupted; keep copies of important work where export/printing is available. School administrators may lock pages, classes, accounts, or activity access. Account removal may remain subject to educational record obligations.
Responsibilities and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy, or fitness for every purpose. Blodco is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use, third-party outages, or reliance on unreviewed output to the extent law permits. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, or limits lawful privacy and consumer rights.
Questions and changes
Effective October 25, 2026. Contact admin@gabeswebsitedesignllc.com for support, complaints, privacy requests, or questions about these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service. These terms do not replace a separately agreed school contract or mandatory law.
Classroom responsibilities
Teachers review generated activities, answer keys, and grading. School/teacher-managed accounts remain subject to approved roles, class consent, and restrictions. Fullscreen/tab events alone are not conclusive evidence of misconduct. Public game links can be used by guests; do not publish private student data. Public registration requires email verification. Public accounts are limited to one lifetime activity and may not create student accounts; school-managed accounts follow their school’s settings.
